The Blue Room Dining & Catering
The Blue Room Dining offers a well-crafted menu that caters to all palates, cravings and events. Our team of passionate chefs and dedicated restaurant staff takes genuine pride in delivering impeccable service at all touchpoints and in crafting memorable dining experiences for our customers.
Our kitchen is busy all year round serving delightful breakfast spreads to our hotel guests, preparing special buffets to celebrate holidays, cooking sumptuous meals for our diners, and catering to intimate events hosted at our restaurant. The Blue Room Dining also serves as the in-house caterer for events held at the Hillcreek Gardens’ venues.

Nestled in a cozy corner of our outdoor terrace, the fire pit area offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy a meal or drink and have unforgettable moments with family and friends under the blue sky or the starry night.
Azul
Cocktail Bar and Lounge. The Azul sets the stage for an unforgettable night and after-party event at Hillcreek Gardens. A posh space at the Blue Room Dining, engulfed in an alluring sapphire blue glow, where guests can indulge in expertly crafted tipples as well as invigorating concoctions, dance the night away, and bring a special day to an amazing close with loved ones and friends.
